If your item arrives damaged or has a manufacturer defect, contact us within 10 days of delivery and we will help arrange a replacement or store credit. Please make sure to report any issue as soon as possible so we can review it quickly.

Orders are usually fulfilled within 5 business days, although delivery times can vary depending on your location, product availability, and the shipping carrier. If an item is out of stock after your order is placed, we will notify you and issue a refund for that item if needed.

For returns, refunds, or exchanges, please contact us first so we can review the request. Returned items must be unused and unbroken, and customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
