Customer service did a fantastic job getting me a quick replacement to a minority damaged piece I got as a gift for a friend. Awesome team there.
A really visual cool piece with good function and a cleaner bong as a result. A dry ash catcher was a game changer. My only gripe was the piece I received having a pretty significant scuff/chip on the outside/back of one of the barrels that I didn’t notice until I sent a few rips though. I’m assuming that’s the reason it was slightly discounted, but definitely double check.
