I love the extra detailing that are placed on these downstems and it really does it adds an aesthetic touch to these already beautifully made pipes that they are designed for.
As I live in Australia these parts are very hard and often impossible to source locally and so I ordered extra to account for my own clumsiness.
Now, it is easy to write a positive review when everything works out perfectly but I personally think that the true measure of any company comes forth only when things go awry. I ordered two of these downstems but only received one when the package arrived. I immediately sent an email explaining the situation and without any qualms or questions they sent out the missing parts at no extra cost to me and that is super impressive. I am so blown away by the response from customer service that I do not think I will be buying my pipes from anywhere else in the future as I find this company a delight to deal with that truly do value their customers and take great pride in their products.
The fittings are all made with prefect precision and they always slot into their designated holes so well that even multiple connections do not reduce the airtight nature of the overall piece. The fact that one of these items was missing did not sour my experience at all as the response from customer service was so refreshingly easy to deal with that it actually really impressed me. Yet another great product from a great company that I highly recommend.
