    The bong that I received has a generic downstem and not the one pictured on the website. I contacted customer service and they explained that they had not updated their pictures but they offered to send me a free downstem that matches my new bong. I received the free downstem and it is too big for the bong.

    They sent me a bong 6 inches shorter than I ordered.

    The 1 star is delivery-related on order 29669: box showed up missing one of two 6″ pink downstems ordered. Can’t really re-deliver the item since I paid ~$30 CAD in handling duties on the original package (basically the cost of the missing item), because customer doesn’t want to pay the duties on the same order twice.
