DELIVERY POLICY

General Information

All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you and refund you the total amount of your order, using the original method of payment. 

Delivery Time

An estimated delivery time will be provided to you once your order is placed. Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order.

Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we make every effort to fulfill your order within [5] business days of the date of your order. Business day mean Monday to Friday, except holidays. 

Date of delivery may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery, and the items ordered.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are based on the weight of your order and the delivery method. Additional shipping charges may apply to remote areas or for large or heavy items. You will be advised of any charges on the checkout page. Sales tax is charged according to the state to which the item is shipped. 

Receiving Requirements

All pieces require adult signature upon delivery.

Partnership with Route

We’ve partnered with Route—a package protection and tracking solution—to give our customers the best possible delivery experience. Route provides low-cost shipping protection to protect your package in the event that it gets lost, stolen, or damaged while in transit.

Route is also a mobile app that allows you to visually track all of your online orders in one place. No need to dig through your email for tracking numbers. Route’s dynamic maps and real-time shipping updates keep you in the loop throughout every part of your delivery. The Route app is available on Android and Apple app stores.

Return and Refund Policy

We stand by our products and the quality they are created with. Below is our return and refunds policy, if you have any questions, please feel free to contact us.

1. If items are damaged or have a manufacturer defect on arrival, we will ship a replacement or give store credit depending on the customer.

2. Customers have within 10 days of delivery date in order to inform us of any damages to products.

3. When reporting damages, customers must fill out a contact form request located here: https://milkywayglass.com/contact/

4. Refunds, exchanges and returns please contact us first. Items shipped back to us are at the buyer’s expense, we will cover shipping any exchanges or replacements for free. Items must be received back to our warehouse in unused and unbroken condition. We recommend using USPS First Class as it is the cheapest option.
